Mirage Networks to Share NAC Insights at CSI NetSec

AUSTIN, Texas—June 7, 2007--Mirage Networks®, Inc., developer of award-winning Network Access Control (NAC) technology, will be on hand at next week's CSI NetSec in Scottsdale, Arizona, to help organizations realize the benefits of NAC in securing and protecting their network.

Trent Fitz, director of product management at Mirage Networks, will speak in the conference's Critical Decisions Track on "NAC: Alternatives to Controlling Access to Networks”. Specifically, Fitz's presentation will cover the essence of NAC, including:

  • Restriction of threatening traffic

Trent Fitz has more than ten years of experience with security-focused solutions in networking and desktop computing. Trent was a leading network architect for IBM Global Services, designing secure networks from the ground up across multiple industries including educational and financial services institutions. He also designed global network security architectures for several banks and large utility companies.
